Hi All
Anyone any idea how to remove the screw from a Marin Mount Vision rear mech hanger? I've mashed the head, which was a 2.5mm hex, and is countersunk into the frame. Is the only way to drill it out and insert helicoil, or is there another way.

Any help gratefully received.

You could try knocking something like a small torx key in to see if that'll get enough grip to turn it.  Alternatively, create a slot across the top of it with a dremel and then use a flat head screwdriver to turn it.

Drilling and helicoiling would be absolute last resort I reckon
