2006 uplift regulations for operators

Following a period of consultation, confusion and rumours, we now have the latest details on the uplift regulations for 2006...

The link below is to the Uplift regualtions document which outlines the steps that must be put in place to comply with the new rules and ensure safety and insurance coverage. These regulations will be strictly enforced on FC land, but there will be a bit of leeway on private land during this season.

It's good to have final clarity on the situation and let's hope that the commercial operations out there are up and running without too many change!
