Returns

When you order, you ensure you click all the right buttons. In return, we try our best to describe the goods clearly and double check that we deliver what's ordered. However, every now and then, we run into something unexpected! Don't panic, just read the appropriate section below!

- incorrect order (by you)

You click 'confirm' then realise that you didn't want red, you want blue. Hopefully you noticed in time and got in touch before we sent it out. Occasionally, you noticed when it was on the doormat. It happens. Follow the steps below:

We require the goods to be returned to [ gravity-slaves ] head office within 10 days, at the customer's expense.

Once the goods are safely returned, intact and still in a sale-able condition, the correct items will be shipped (what about new shipping cost?) or alternatively the cost of the goods (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

- incorrect shipment (by us)

Sometimes we are just dumbasses. No excuses - it happens! Follow the steps below:

We require the goods to be returned to [ gravity-slaves ] head office within 10 days. Since we messed up, we will pick up the return postage.

Once the goods are safely returned, intact and still in a sale-able condition, any discrebancy in value will be rectified. The correct items will then be shipped, at our expense.

- unwanted goods

Finally, while we try to describe the product as well as we can (with photos, words and web links) sometimes the goods just aren't what you want. We require the goods to be returned to the [ gravity-slaves ] head office within 10 days, at the customer's expense. Once the goods are safely returned, intact and still in a sale-able condition, the cost of the goods (excluding shipping) will be refunded. Cancellation rights end after 7 working days counting from the day following delivery. Consumers cannot cancel or return orders of DVDs that the customer has unsealed.

If you want to cancel your order, you must tell us in writing (an email will do!).

- damaged on receipt

Sometimes the postie gets a bit excited and something happend to the product on the way to you. Whoops! It was fine when it left us. We require the goods to be returned to gravity-slaves head office within 10 days, at [ gravity-slaves ] expense, clearly stating the damage.

Once the goods are safely returned, replacement items will be shipped, at [ gravity-slaves ] expense.
